COMES NOW, Valiant Idaho, LLC ("Valiant") by and through its attorneys of record,
McConnell Wagner Sykes + Stacey, PLLC, and in response to Interlocutory Order No. 36363,
hereby submits its compliance filing, thereby submitting proof of notification to all customers of
the Idaho Club that the September 9, 2024 Letter purportedly concerning an unauthorized rate
increase has been retracted.
COMPLIANCE SUBMISSION
1. Attached hereto as Exhibit A is a true and correct copy of the Correction Letter that
Valiant sent to all customers of the Idaho Club on or about September 25, 2024 retracting its
September 9, 2024 Letter concerning purported rate increases.

2. Attached hereto as Exhibits B are screenshots of the Idaho Club e-mail listsery
depicting proof that Valiant e-mailed the Correction Letter to all current customers of the Idaho

The Idaho Club Property Owners:
Please be advised that the letter, dated September 9, 2024, from TIC Utilities, LLC and
sent to all customers of the Idaho Club regarding monthly rates is immediately retracted.
While TIC Utilities, LLC has in fact become a public utility under Idaho Public Utility
Commission ("IPUC") regulation, please be advised that monthly rates for all customers of the
Idaho Club shall remain at $45.00 per month until a formal rate base has been determined by
the IPUC.
TIC Utilities, LLC will be sending further written notices to customers of The Idaho Club
related to IPUC determinations and regulations
All payments going forward should still be made in the name of TIC Utilities, LLC, and
sent to Panhandle Management at P. O. Box 1544, Sandpoint, ID 83864. Billing questions
should be sent to Dianne by email at dianne(o)panhandlemanaaement.com or phone at (208)
255-1645.
