Audit consisted of Integrity Management(IM)/High Consequence Area (HCA) confirmation verification dig in
Twin Falls, Idaho.
Oct 2, 2023: (1 TIMP/HCA)
Inspector traveled to Twin Falls, Idaho and met with IGC personnel for an IM/HCA verification dig between Pole
Line Rd and 1731 Park View Dr,Twin Falls, ID. Observed JSA, traffic control, line location and excavation.
Oct 3,2023: (1 TIMP/HCA)
IGC personnel continued excavation on the IM/HCA verification dig between Pole Line Rd and 1731 Park View
Dr,Twin Falls, ID. Observed excavation,trench shoring, soil resistivity testing, pinpointing anomalies which
ended up being pipe wrap issues from previous excavation, and coating removal.
Oct 4, 2023: (1 TI M P/HCA)
IGC personnel contracted Acuren to conduct wall thickness survey. IPUC inspectors witnessed NDE surface
preparation, UT survey, and metalurgy testing between Pole Line Rd and 1731 Park View Dr,Twin Falls, ID:
Additionally inspectors observed IGC install new anode, test post wiring, primer,rewrap of piping, bedding and
backfilling.

Traveled back to Boise and completed reports.
