2022 Records Audit of Intermountain Gas Company
March 23, 2023: (1.0 Standard Prep)
Intermountain Gas Companies (IGC) 0&M Manual and records requirements were reviewed and compared to
the PHMSA Inspector Assistant (IA) question set.
March 27-28, 2023: (4.0 Standard)
Bruce Perkins and Matt Galli of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (IPUC) met with IGC compliance
personnel Wendy McDonough, Darren Tinnerstet and Colby Lundstrom virtually to review records for the
previous year of 2022. The PHMSA IA question set for the records portion was used as a guide throughout the
audit to ensure all areas were completed as they pertain to required records. A complete list of attendees can
be found in the IA inspection.

Typed the inspection report, completed audit forms IPUC Forms 1 and attached inspection documents.
Completed the Post-Inspection Written Preliminary Findings and sent to Colby Lundstrom - Manager,
Compliance and Operations Programs.
