Inspection Summary
Audit consisted of IPUC inspectors Brooks, Perkins and Galli inspecting field installed equipment for the
Nampa,Idaho inspection units. The PHMSA IA question set and IGC equipment listing were used as a
guide throughout the audit to ensure all areas were completed/covered.

Met with IGC company representatives in the Nampa district office for in-brief and to begin field audit and
review OQ records for all personnel taking part in the inspection.

59887 were inspected for proper operating parameters, regulator lock-up, relief device operation, cathodic
protection pipe-to-soil readings,pipe-to soil interface wrap protection, station warning signs and right-of-way
clearances.
8 casing-to-carrier isolation checks, five cathodic protection rectifiers,three pipeline patrols, and 17 emergency/
isolation valves were checked for proper operation, observations listed below.
An IPUC Form 3 (exit interview)was performed following the district inspection with Colby Lundstrom
(Compliance/Audit Manager)of Intermountain Gas Company.
Reg Station: Failed lock-up Primary: 48275-RS-59918, 48363-RS-59887 corrected on the spot.
Reg Station: Corrsion Control: 48267-RS-59849 downstream piping not protected(removed insulator), pipe
wrap was fixed on-site.
