audit was performed in Boise/New Plymouth, Idaho.

Prepared for the Records/OQ/Field Audit of Northwest Gas Processing. Reviewed operators Operation and
Maintenance (O&M)Manual, OQ Manual, Records, IA Question sets and past inspections.
Apr 11-12 2023 (4.0 Standard)
Met with Northwest Gas Processing contracted representative to audit the companies Records/OQ programs
and Field audit. Following the audit an IA exit interview was conducted with Hope Shelton, Shelton
Consulting. No discrepancies were found.
