Audit consisted of inspecting 2022 records for Douglas Pipeline Company(DPC)
October 23,2023: (1.0 Standard)
IPUC inspector Galli conducted a records audit on Douglas Pipeline Company virtually for the Langely-Gulch
and Bennett Mountain transmission line segments with Andi Shacklett, Director of Regulatory Compliance. The
PHMSA IA question set for the records portion was used as a guide throughout the audit to ensure all areas were
completed as they pertain to required records. A complete list of attendees can be found in the IA inspection.
Liaison with Public Officials was concerned due to Douglas Pipeline not having an adequate sign-in sheet for
both pipeline segments. Additionally,Andi Shacklett was advised to loop in the Fire Department for the Langley
Gulch segment and Police/Sheriff Departments for both pipeline segments.
