Inspection Summary
Audit consisted of IPUC inspectors reviewing Douglas Pipeline Companies (DPC) Transmission
Integrity Management Plan (TIMP) procedures and records for compliance with Part 192. This
audit was completed virtually from the IPUC office in Boise, ID.
January 18-19,2023: 3.0 (T)(D) Integrity Management Prep
IPUC inspectors prepared for DPC TIMP procedures and records audit. Reviewed TIMP Procedures,
Records and IA question set.
January 23-24, 2023: 4.5 (T)(D) Integrity Management and Post
Virtually met with Douglas Pipeline Company representative Andi Shacklett, Director of Regulatory
Compliance to audit the companies TIMP procedures and records. Reviewed various documents to
include Idaho Power Integrity management program summary, ECDA Reports, Element 2
threats/data/risk analysis forms, Appendix A, Coating restoration, Class location/HCA Identification,
DPC IM elements 1-15 2022, OQ qualifications, Internal gas corrosion gas quality, 2011/2018 Integrity
management assessments. An IA exit interview was conducted and results were sent to Andi Shacklett.
Minor corrections to TIMP program were identified . Completed IPUC Form 1 and IA exit interview.
