February 14& 15,2023: (4.0 Standard) Bruce Perkins,Jeff Brooks and Matt Galli of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission met with Avista's compliance and engineering personnel virtually to review records for the previous year of 2021 and 2022. The PHMSA IA question set for the records portion was used as a guide throughout the audit to ensure all areas were completed as they pertain to required records. A complete list of attendees can be found in the IA inspection. Completed IPUC Form 1 and the Post-Inspection Written Preliminary Findings was sent to Randy Bareither, Pipeline Safety Engineer.
