Gulch LG(New Plymouth) and Bennett Mountain BMT(Mountain Home) districts. August 12, 2024: (1.0 Standard) Audit included: 16 CP test station readings, verification of valve functionality(Langley Gulch-V 1001, V 1002, V 1003,V 1004) (Bennett Mountain-V 1001. 1002)and ROW line marker inspections. Discrepancies found: Three line marker stickers needed to be replaced around the Langley Gulch pipeline. Additionally, the CP at the Williams site on the Bennett Mountain pipeline displayed-0.512 off the test station. Fortunately, a direct connection to the carrier pipe read-0.868. Douglas Pipeline Tech will reassess in November 2024 per Abnormal Operating Condition Report 2024-1. August 13, 2024: (0.5 Standard Post) Wrote inspection report, completed audit forms: PHMSA IA question set with OQ protocol 9, IPUC Form 1, Post-Inspection Preliminary Written Findings and attached inspection documents.
