Addresses: 2436 S Palmatier Ln
Observations Included: Excavation, trench depth, safety equipment, verification of OQs, equipment
calibrations, tracer wire, plastic butt fusions, line squeeze, EFV installation, successful pressure test at
96 psi for 15 minutes, bedding and backfill. Quizzed employees on applicable AOCs of static spray and
procedures. All procedures were followed in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance
Manual.
