IPUC inspector Perkins observed Das-Co, a contractor for IGC install 3/4" Service Line in Eagle, ID.
Address: 6080 W Pulaski St
Observations Include: Fusing, stab fitting, EFV install, verification of OQ records, tracer wire, installing
3/" PE in trench, line locating, pressure test and purging. Quizzed personnel on separation of gas lines
from other utilities and excavation rules/laws. All observed procedures were followed in accordance
with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
