IPUC inspector Perkins observed Das-Co, a contractor for IGC Install V Service Line in Boise, ID.
Address: 2214 N Dove Ave
Observations Include: Verification of OQ records, fusing, welding, boring, potholing, EFV install,
tracer wire, line locating and trenching. Quizzed employee on relax time of PE after pullback on a bore.
All observed procedures/manufacturer instructions were followed in accordance with IGC Operations
and Maintenance Manual.
