Address: 1848 E Mainacht st
Observations Include: Verification of OQ records, fusing, EFV install, stab fitting, pressure testing,
tracer wire, line locating, squeezing, trenching, bedding and backfilling. Quizzed employee on squeeze
and release times and depth of cover. All observed procedures/manufacturer instructions were followed
in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
