IPUC inspector Perkins observed Das-Co, a contractor for IGC Install 3/" Service Line in Eagle, ID.
Address: 2684 N Pescara Ln
Observations Include: Verification of OQ records, tracer wire, line locating, squeezing, trenching,
bedding and backfilling. (Contract employee who was fusing,used PE cutter as the handle on the
Mcelroy 2LC cradle. Advised FOC Mingo and all fuses were cut out. Quizzed employee on squeeze and
release times. Not all observed procedures/manufacturer instructions were followed in accordance with
IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual).
