IPUC inspector Galli observed Das-Co, a contractor for IGC install 3/4" service line(s) in Meridian, ID.
Address: 5006 W Riva Capri St, Meridian, ID
Observations Include: Correct trench depth, safety equipment, verification of OQ records, line locating,
tracer wire, visual acceptance of PE butt fusions, EFV 1200 installation, successful pressure test at 96
psi for 15 minutes, squeeze off, purging, mechanical fittings (coupler) bedding with sand and backfill.

Observations Include: Correct trench depth, safety equipment, verification of OQ records, line locating,
tracer wire and visual acceptance of PE butt fusions.
Fusion equipment(cradle and facer)had no calibration dates on the machine. Per the fuser, he had
cleaned the equipment at the end of last week(7/3/2024) and believes he rubbed the dates off. IGC
compliance was able to provide valid calibration documentation.
