Address: 3607 W Yates St
Observations Include: Verification of OQ records, tracer wire, line locating, fusing, stab fittings,
welding, tapping/stopple, steel/PE transition fitting, squeezing, purging, pressure testing, bedding and
backfilling. Quizzed employees on squeeze and release times and pressure testing times. All observed
procedures were followed in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
