IPUC inspector Perkins observed Das-Co, a contractor for IGC Install 3/" Service Lines in Kuna, ID.
Address: 2748/2764/2716 E Night Rider Dr
Observations Include: Verification of OQ records, tracer wire, line locating, trenching, fusing(see
comments on page 1), 1200 EFV, purging, pressure testing, bedding and backfilling. Quizzed
employees on squeeze and release times and pressure testing times. All observed procedures were
followed in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
