IPUC inspector Perkins observed Das-Co, a contractor for IGC Install V service lines in Nampa, ID.
Address: 11324&11317 Nora Dr
Observations Include: Fusing V service risers/EFV's and associated piping, verification of OQ records,
tracer wire, trenching/backfilling, pressure testing, purging, and line locating. Quizzed personnel on
AOC's squeeze and release time for pinch-off. All observed procedures were followed in accordance
with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
