IPUC inspector Perkins observed Das-Co, a contractor for IGC Install 3/" service lines in Boise, ID.
Address: 2411 S Shoshone St Tlr 10/11/12
Observations Include: Fusing 3ea 3/" service risers/EFV's and associated piping, verification of OQ
records, tracer wire, trenching/backfilling, pressure testing, purging, and line locating. Quizzed
personnel on AOC's for bolt on saddle tee's. All observed procedures were followed in accordance with
IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
