IPUC inspector Galli observed Das-Co a contractor for IGC install 3/4" service line(s) in Meridian, ID.
Address: 1805 and 1827 (Split Service)N Black Elm Lane, Star, ID
Observations Include: Correct trench depth, safety equipment, verification of OQ records, verification
of equipment calibrations, tracer wire, visual acceptance of completed butt fusions, EFV 1200
installation, observed correct separation of 4" from electrical conduit, successful pressure test at 98 psi
for 15 minutes, squeeze off, mechanical fittings (con-stab),purging, bedding with sand, backfill and
continuity testing.

completed butt fusions, EFV 1200 installation, successful pressure test at 98 psi for 15 minutes, squeeze
off, mechanical fittings (con-stab) bedding with sand, purging, backfill and continuity testing.

EFV 1200 installation, successful pressure test at 95 psi for 15 minutes, purging, squeeze off, bedding

All observed procedures were conducted in accordance with IGCs Operations and Maintenance Manual.
