Eagle, ID.
Address: Goose Creek Rd/N Horseshoe Bend Rd, Ada County landfill
Observations Include: Verification of OQ records, trenching, welding. pre-heating of welding joint,
jeeping, wrapping, bedding, cad-welding with installation of anode, back filling, and pipe stringing. All
observed procedures were followed in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
