IPUC inspector Perkins observed Das-Co, a contractor for IGC attempt to install 3/4" service line in l
Boise, ID.
Address: 918 W Ranch Rd
Observations Include: Line locating, cutting asphalt, welding tapping tee and digging down to main and
attempting to bore but there were very large rocks preventing them. All observed procedures were
followed in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
