IPUC inspector Perkins observed Das-Co, a contractor for IGC Install 2"Main and 3/" service stubs in
Nampa, ID.
Address: Cherry Grove/Franklin Rd
Observations Include: Fusing approximately 20ea V service stubs, verification of OQ records, tracer
wire and installing 2"PE in trenches. Quizzed personnel on separation of gas lines from other utilities
and excavation rules/laws. Personnel discovered AOC on bolt on saddle tee and said they were turning
it into the supply room. All observed procedures were followed in accordance with IGC Operations and
Maintenance Manual.
