IPUC inspector Galli observed Das-Co a contractor for IGC install 3/4" service line(s) in Eagle, ID.
Address: 422 &430 S Big Star Lane, Eagle, ID
Observations Include: Correct trench depth, line locating, safety equipment, verification of OQ records,
verification of equipment calibrations and butt fusion. Contractor employee recognized several fusions
that did not visually display acceptable criteria due to uneven roll back.
All observed procedures were conducted in accordance with IGCs Operations and Maintenance Manual.
