Observations Include: Correct trench depth, safety equipment, verification of OQ records, verification
of equipment calibrations, tracer wire, butt fusion, EFV 1200, successful pressure test, mechanical
fitting (con-stab coupler), squeeze off, bedding, backfill and continuity testing.
