IPUC inspector Perkins observed Das-Co, a contractor for IGC Install 3/4" service line in Eagle, ID.
Address: 1225 N Pebble Way
Observations Include: Correct trench depth,pot-holing, boring, safety equipment, fusing, verification of
OQ records, tracer wire, pressure testing,purging, bedding with sand and backfill. Quizzed personnel
on separation of gas lines from other utilities and excavation rules/laws. All observed procedures were
followed in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
