Observations Include: Correct trench depth, safety equipment, verification of OQ records, verification
of equipment calibrations, stab fittings, tracer wire, successful pressure test, EFV 1200 installation,
bedded with dirt from excavation and backfill. Quizzed personnel on squeeze times and trench depths.
All observed procedures were followed in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
