-Inspector Perkins traveled to Pocatello district for field audit and observed KV-Utilities a contractor for
IGC performing new construction.
-1357 E Clark St (Pocatello)-Observations Included: pot-holing, trenching, boring, stab fittings, pressure
test, installing 100' plastic sleeve, tracer wire, installing anode, bedding, back filling, patching asphalt,
welding on 3/" tapping tee off 2"main, tape wrapping, collecting pipe coating, safety equipment,
verification of OQ records, verification of equipment calibrations, EFV 1200 installation. All observed
procedures were followed in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual. (2.0)
