IPUC inspector Galli observed Das-Co a contractor for IGC install 6" main line(s) in Meridian, ID.
Address: S Eagle Road and E Columbia Road, Meridian, ID
Observations Include: Correct trench depth, boring depth was 18 feet deep with 11 feet of separation
form Williams Pipeline,pull back with 4"PE weak link, safety equipment, traffic control, verification
of OQ records, verification of equipment calibrations, tracer wire, bedding in bore holes, butt fusion of
12-inch sleeve pipe. All observed procedures were conducted in accordance with IGCs Operations and
Maintenance Manual.
