IPUC inspector Galli observed Das-Co a contractor for IGC install 3/4" service line(s) in the Purple
Sage subdivision in Caldwell, ID.
Address: 24488 Himark Way, Caldwell, ID
Observations Include: Correct trench depth, safety equipment, verification of OQ records, verification
of equipment calibrations, tracer wire, butt fusion, EFV 1200, successful pressure test, squeeze off,
bedding, backfill and continuity testing. Quizzed employee on applicable AOCs of fusion and squeeze
off procedures. All observed procedures were conducted in accordance with IGCs Operations and
Maintenance Manual.
