IPUC inspector Perkins and Galli observed an IGC crew repair a 1/2" service line(s) that was bored
through a concrete sewer pipe in Caldwell, ID.
Address: 1609 Lansing Ave, Caldwell, ID
Observations Include: Correct trench depth, safety equipment, verification of OQ records, verification
of equipment calibrations, tracer wire, successful pressure test, mechanical fittings (3/4 to 1/2 inch
reducing continental stab fittings) and backfill. All observed procedures were followed in accordance
with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
