IPUC inspector Galli observed Das-Co, a contractor for IGC Install 3/4" service line(s) in Meridian, ID.
Address: 3452 S Siduri-Place, Meridian, ID
Observations Include: Correct trench depth, safety equipment, verification of OQ records, verification
of equipment calibrations, butt fusing(x4), tracer wire, successful pressure test, EFV 1200 installation,
bedding with sand, backfill and continuity test. Quizzed personnel on applicable AOCs of squeeze off
times and fusion procedures. All observed procedures were followed in accordance with IGC
Operations and Maintenance Manual.
