Eagle, ID.
Address: 14501 N Whitefish Way
Observations Include: Safety equipment, trenching, verification of OQ records, back-filling, bedding,
locating all utilities, fusing, stab fittings and EFV install. Quizzed personnel on squeeze times and
fusion rest times. All procedures were followed in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance
Manual.
