Address: 10445/10457 Crystal Ridge Dr
Observations Include: Safety equipment, trenching, verification of OQ records, back-filling, locating all
utilities, fusing, purging,pressure test, stab fittings and EFV install. Quizzed personnel on squeeze times
and fusion rest times. All procedures were followed in accordance with IGC Operations and
Maintenance Manual.
