IPUC inspectors Brooks and Galli observed Das-Co, a contractor for IGC install a 3/4" service line in
Meridian, ID.
Address: 5102 N Brody Ave
Observations Included: Excavation, trench depth, safety equipment, verification of OQs, equipment
calibrations, tracer wire, plastic butt fusion, stab fittings, EFV 1200 installation, and pressure test.
Quizzed employees on applicable AOCs of fusion procedures and squeeze time and squeeze release
time. All procedures were followed in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
