Address: 2443/2442 S Palmatier Ln
Observations Include: Safety equipment, trenching, verification of OQ records, bedding, back-filling,
locating all utilities, fusing,purging, pressure test, stab fittings and EFV install. All procedures were
followed in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
