IPUC inspector Brooks observed Das-Co, a contractor for IGC install 3/4" service lines in Nampa, ID.
Address: 12872 & 12884 Towhee St
Observations Included: Excavation, trench depth, line locating, safety equipment, verification of OQ,
equipment calibrations, tracer wire,plastic butt fusion, stab fittings, EFV 1200 installation, successful
pressure test at 98 psi for 15 minutes, backfill and continuity testing. Quizzed employees on applicable
AOCs of fusion procedures. All procedures were followed in accordance with IGC Operations and
Maintenance Manual.
