IPUC inspector Galli and Brooks observed Das-Co, a contractor for IGC install a 2"main and install
3/4" service line in Garden City, ID.
Address: 411 & 417 E Remington St, Garden City, ID
Feb 20-21, 2024 Observations Include: correct trench depth, line locating and potholing, safety
equipment, verification of OQ records, verification of equipment calibrations, bedding with sand, tracer
wire and boring. Quizzed employees on applicable AOCs of fusion procedures. All procedures were
followed in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
Feb 27, 2024 Observations Include: correct trench depth, line locating, safety equipment, bedding with
sand and tracer wire. All procedures were followed in accordance with IGC Operations and
Maintenance Manual.
