IPUC inspector Galli and Brooks observed Das-Co, a contractor for IGC install a 3/" service line in
Boise, ID.
Address: 5156 N Becker Ridge Lane, Boise, Idaho
Observations Include: correct trench depth, safety equipment, verification of OQ records, verification of
equipment calibrations, tracer wire,butt fusion, EFV 1200 installation, successful pressure test at 96 psi
for 15 minutes, stab fitting(T's and couplers), bedding and backfill and continuity testing. Quizzed
employee on applicable ADCs of fusion and squeeze off procedures. All procedures were followed in
accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
