IPUC inspector Galli observed KV, a contractor for IGC install phase 1 of a 2 phase V PE service line
in Soda Springs, ID. Phase I ended at the street and will be completed when locates are done in the area
adjacent to the street down to the 2"main connection point.

Observations Include: correct trench depth, safety equipment, tracer wire installation, stab fittings,
bedding and backfill. KV employees were quizzed on applicable AOCs of bedding procedures. All
observed procedures were followed in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
