install a 3/' service line in Boise, ID.
Address: 11222 W Camas, Boise Idaho
Observations Include: potholing, line locating, safety equipment, verification of OQ records, back-
filling, locating all utilities, boring, and fusing. All procedures were followed in accordance with IGC
Operations and Maintenance Manual.
