IPUC inspector Galli observed Das-Co, a contractor for IGC install a%' service line in Nampa, ID.
Address: 2653 E Fortuna Dr,Nampa, ID
Observations Include: correct trench depth, safety equipment, verification of OQ records, verification of
equipment calibrations, tracer wire, EFV 1200 installation,butt fusion, stab fittings (couplers and T's),
successful pressure test,bedding with sand and backfill and continuity testing. Quizzed employee on
applicable ADCs of fusion and squeeze off procedures. All observed procedures were followed in
accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
