IPUC inspector Perkins observed Das-Co, a contractor for IGC install a 3/4' service line in Boise, ID.
Address: 1801N 18t' St, Boise Idaho
Observations Include: potholing, line locating, safety equipment, verification of OQ records, install
repair tapping tee over top of aldyl-a tee (IGC),purging of abandoned line, filled both ends with spray
foam,back-filling, removal of old house meter. All procedures were followed in accordance with IGC
Operations and Maintenance Manual.
