IPUC inspector Galli observed Das-Co, a contractor for IGC install a 3/a' service line in Emmett, ID.
Address: 2670 &2666 Landmark St, Emmett, ID
Observations Include: trenching, line locating, safety equipment, verification of OQ records, verification
of equipment calibrations, tracer wire, EFV 1200 installation,butt fusion, stab fittings (couplers and
T's), and bedding (sand not needed). Quizzed employee on applicable AOCs of fusion procedures. All
procedures were followed in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
