IPUC inspector Perkins observed Das-Co, a contractor for IGC install a 3/a' service line in Boise, ID.
Address: 3535 N Winsome Place, Boise Idaho
Observations Include: trenching, line locating, safety equipment, verification of OQ records, verification
of equipment calibrations, tracer wire,butt fusion, bedding. Quizzed employee on applicable AOCs of
fusion procedures. All procedures were followed in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance
Manual.
