Inspection Summary
Audit consisted of IPUC inspectors Galli and Brooks inspecting field installed equipment for the Twin
Falls,Idaho inspection units. The PHMSA IA question set and IGC equipment listing were used as a
guide throughout the audit to ensure all areas were completed/covered.
July 15,2024: (1.0 Standard MG)(1.0 Standard JB)
Traveled to IGC Twin Falls District Office and met company representatives for an in-brief, reviewed OQ
records for all personnel and began the inspection.
July 16,2024: (1.0 Standard MG)(1.0 Standard JB)
4 RNG stations were visually inspected. 15 regulator stations were inspected for proper operation,regulator lock-
up, relief device operation, cathodic protection pipe-to-soil readings, pipe-to soil interface wrap protection,
station warning signs and right-of-way clearances. 23 casing-to-carrier isolation checks, 1 cathodic protection
rectifiers, 10 pipeline patrols, 7 emergency/isolation valves and 16 HPSSs were checked for proper operation,
observations listed below.
An exit interview was performed following the district inspection with field personnel of Intermountain Gas
Company and District Operations Manager.
