Audit consisted of IPUC inspectors Brooks and Galli inspecting field installed operating equipment for the
NWGP inspection unit in New Plymouth,ID.
August 27,2024(2.0 Standard)
Met with Northwest Gas Processing contracted representative to audit the companies field audit. Following the
audit an lA exit interview was conducted with Randy Shelton, Shelton Consulting and Nate Caldwell, Snake
River Oil and Gas. 1 rectifier and 12 isolation control valves were inspected. No discrepancies were found.
