IPUC inspector Galli observed Dasco, a contractor for IGC install a 1/" service line from a 4"Aldyl-A
pipe.
Address: 501 S Kit Ave, Caldwell, ID
Observations Include: correct trench depth, line locating, safety equipment, tracer wire, verification of
equipment calibrations, stab fitting and saddle T installation. Quizzed employees on applicable AOCs
of fusion and saddle T procedures. All observed procedures were followed in accordance with IGC
Operations and Maintenance Manual.
