On August 20, 2024, the Commission issued Order No. 36295, vacating the comment
deadlines and customer hearing set in this case and indefinitely suspended the effective date of
Capitol Water Corporation's ("Company") proposed rate increase in this case. The Commission
did this to provide Commission Staff ("Staff") with additional time to review the Company's
financial records.
During the Commission's October 1,2024,decision meeting, Staff presented a decision
memorandum notifying the Commission that it was prepared for this case to proceed and
recommending issuance of an order establishing an October 24, 2024, public comment deadline,
a November 7, 2024, company reply deadline, and scheduling a customer hearing for November
1, 2024.
Having reviewed the record, the Commission issues this interlocutory order
establishing an October 24, 2024, public comment deadline, a company reply deadline of
November 7, 2024, and setting a customer hearing for November 1, 2024.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that persons desiring to state a position on this
Application may file a written comment explaining why the person supports or opposes the
Application. Persons interested in filing written comments must do so by October 24, 2024.
Comments must be filed through the Commission's website or by e-mail unless computer access
is unavailable. To comment electronically, please access the Commission's website at
http://www.puc.idaho.gov/. Click the "Case Comment Form" and complete the form using the
case number as it appears on the front of this document.

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Company must file any reply comments by
November 7, 2024.
NOTICE OF CUSTOMER HEARING
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Commission will conduct a customer
hearing in this matter on Fridav, November 1, 2024, starting at 5:00 P.M. (MDT) and ending
at 8:00 P.M. (MDT), or after all customer testimony has been taken—whichever comes first.
The customer hearing will be held at the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, 11331 W.Chinden
Blvd. Building 8, Suite 201-A, Boise ID 83714. The purpose of the customer hearing is to take
testimony from members of the public and customers of the Company. To listen, but not
participate, in the customer hearing, please call 1-415-655-0001 and enter meeting number 2870
913 0823 when prompted. Those planning to testify must physically attend the hearing.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the telephonic customer hearing and telephonic
public workshop will meet accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Persons needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other assistance to participate in or to
understand testimony at a customer hearing may ask the Commission to provide a sign language
interpreter or other assistance at the hearing. The request for assistance must be received at least
five working days before the hearing by contacting the Commission Secretary at:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that persons interested in submitting written comments
must do so by October 24, 2024. The Company must file any reply comments by November 7,
2024.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that an in-person customer hearing will be held on
FRIIDAY, NOVEMBER 1, AT 5:00 P.M. (MDT) and ending at 8:00 P.M. (MDT), or after
all customer testimony has been taken—whichever comes first. The customer hearing will
be held at the offices of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission at 11331 W. Chinden Blvd.
