CUSTOMER NOTICE
October 9, 2024
Aspen Creek Water Co. ("Company")has filed an application with the Idaho Public
Utilities Commission("IPUC" or"Commission") requesting approval of a rate increase to be
effective May 1, 2025. The Company is proposing to increase overall revenue by $88,428. This
represents an overall increase of 305.87%.
Company seeks a rate increase to cover expenses, such as,power, water testing,
maintenance, and other expenses to maintain and operate the water system, and to continue to
provide safe and reliable water. Aspen Creek Water Co. has never increased rates since the
current tariff was put in place in 2002. If approved, a residential customer would see the monthly
bill increase from $25.00 to $134.00, an increase of$109.00 per month. Additionally, the
Company seeks to adjust its connection charge.

This application is a proposal, subject to public review and a Commission decision. A
copy of the application is available for review at the offices of the Commission and at Aspen
Creek Water Co.
